Automatic track loading machine includes moving track, sucker rotating arms, conveyer section, hydraulic system, vacuum system and electric control system. It turns thre glass panes from vertical to horizontal automatically and then convey to cutting table according to the program. The machinre adopts PLC control for automatic operation of glass loading, overturning and transmission. It is scientific designed, safe and reliable. Sucker rotating arms are controlled by hydraulic system if which working smoothly. The glass can be positioned at lower speed and conveyed at high speed. The machine canco-work with different brands of cutting machines and also used t load glass for laminated line, to replace manual work and to achieve more effeciency, safety and reliability. The series include different models sush as single-side with multi-side with multi-station, multi-side with multi-station. Glass thickness ranged 1.8-25mm. Order can be customizde.
